Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue so that we can offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement where possible.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
